Maintenance Assistant - Part time, Whitstable

Shepherd Neame is seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy hospitality but prefer working behind the scenes to support your colleagues and contribute to the team's success, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Marine Hotel, located just outside Whitstable on Tankerton Slopes, is a beautiful coastal retreat with 30 spacious bedrooms, many with sea views or private balconies. The historic Grade II Listed building has recently undergone extensive refurbishment. Guests can dine in the relaxed bar and lounge or the formal restaurant, and our function rooms are popular for weddings, meetings, and events.

At Shepherd Neame, we understand that first impressions matter. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality, appearance, and safety of our facilities and services, ensuring our customers have a great experience.

Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred but not essential. We value qualities such as enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn, and we are ready to train the right candidate.
