Job summary

Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa in Alcester is seeking a maintenance assistant who is passionate about guest experience and eager to grow within our team.

You will perform on-site maintenance, support contractors, and ensure health and safety compliance while maintaining bedrooms and front-of-house areas to our brand standards. Collaboration with all departments ensures smooth, courteous service for guests.

Qualifications

• Understand hotel property compliance.
• Able to carry out property maintenance as required.
• Competent level of computer skills.
• Intermediate level of health and safety compliance for hotels.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support with all maintenance throughout the hotel

We are looking for a maintenance assistant who has a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team.

• Support with all maintenance throughout the hotel
