Job summary

Finlake Holiday Park, part of Haulfryn, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance and Grounds Person to keep our outdoor spaces welcoming and safe. The role is full-time, permanent, 45 hours per week, on site, with a competitive salary of £30,654 per annum.

You will carry out grounds maintenance, basic repairs, and inspect hot tubs, while supporting team projects and maintaining a high standard of presentation across the park.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and landscaping.
• A valid full UK driving licence.
• Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Excellent customer service skills and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out grounds maintenance to high standards (mowing, trimming, hedging, weed spraying, gritting, gardening).
• Perform property maintenance tasks (repairs, plumbing, painting, decorating).
• Inspect and maintain hot tubs (cleaning, refilling, chemical checks).
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues across lodges and communal areas.
• Work within a team to maintain appearance and support development projects.
• Follow Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe environment.
