Eisai is seeking an Asset Maintenance Coordinator to ensure CMMS operates effectively across the pharmaceutical site at Hatfield. You will plan, coordinate and execute maintenance and facilities tasks, liaising with engineering, operations and QA to deliver work on time and in full compliance with GMP and Home Office requirements.

The maintenance and asset coordinatorwill ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and facilities activities across the pharmaceutical site.
A key aspect of the role is proactive planning and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are delivered and closed out on time, in full compliance with GMP standards, site procedures, and Home Office requirements.
This role acts as a central interface between engineering and operational teams, enabling data-driven decision-making, optimising asset performance, and supporting regulatory compliance through accurate system management and reporting.
