Eisai Europe Limited in Hatfield is seeking a Mechanically biased Building Services Technician with electrical experience. You will ensure the reliable operation of site services and undertake scheduled maintenance across our European Knowledge Centre (EKC).

We are looking for a Mechanically biased Building Services Technician with some Electrical experience who will report to the Estates Engineering Manager. This role has responsibility for the reliable and compliant operation of the estate wide services and equipment serving all business functions across the European Knowledge Centre (EKC) facility at Hatfield.
The main purpose is to deliver a high standard of mechanical and electrical services throughout the EKC business, within the estates engineering team. To plan and undertake routine scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment with stakeholders, causing minimal disruption.
Staggered working hours - 07:00-16:00 or 09:30-18:00

Mon‑Sat x1.5 basic hourly rate
Sun & BH x2 basic hourly rate (plus TOIL if working a BH)
