Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Maintenance team in Maidstone. You will maintain electrical systems, perform reactive and planned maintenance, and ensure safety and high standards for guests and colleagues.

You will work with the Maintenance Manager and team, keeping accurate records and supporting continuous improvement in a busy hotel environment. This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week and a rotating shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Industry-recognised trade qualifications desirable.
• Electrical qualification or experience desirable.
• Previous relevant experience.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure.
• Knowledge of food industry regulations and compliance.
• Flexibility with shift changes when required.

Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our Maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our hotel operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards for both guests and colleagues.

As a Hotel Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems and supporting the overall upkeep of the hotel's facilities. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and other departments, you will carry out both reactive and planned maintenance, helping to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Hours:

This is a full-time role working 40 hours, 5 days per week with a mix of early and late shifts, including weekends.
