Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Primrose Place in Coalville. The role focuses on upkeep of the new home, ensuring it remains in excellent condition, safe and welcoming for residents, staff and visitors.

You'll perform general maintenance, decorating, plumbing, tiling and other tasks, with induction and ongoing training provided to support you in delivering high standards. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week at £13.77 per hour with benefits and opportunities

About The Role

Our Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• general maintenance
• decorating
• gardening
• plumbing
• tiling
• carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.
