Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Project Manager (Mains Renewal) for the Yorkshire Water framework, based in the North & East Riding of Yorkshire. You will lead project teams, ensuring safe delivery to time and budget, while upholding water quality, workmanship and sustainability standards.

From day one you will take responsibility for your team and liaise with design partners, suppliers and stakeholders to drive the programme forward and add value to the network asset base.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams on mains renewal or similar water infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience managing health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing project team, ensuring safe work by trained staff.
• Manage resource allocation, monitor productivity, performance and quality across the programme.
• Oversee health, safety and environmental standards on site, championing SHE basics.
• Build and maintain relationships with Yorkshire Water's Delivery and Networks teams, local councils and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality and compliance.
