Job summary

Kier Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our United Utilities Framework team, based in the North West of England. You will lead safe, compliant delivery of EICA works across water assets, from design through to handover, collaborating with United Utilities, designers and supply chain partners.

You'll manage electrical packages, supervise procurement, plan shutdowns, and ensure right-first-time performance against cost, quality, safety and environmental targets

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical works on capital projects.
• UK water sector AMP framework experience or similar.
• Strong understanding of LV distribution, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, generators, drives, cabling, instrumentation and control-system interfaces.
• CDM Regulations, risk assessment, permits and health and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and EICA work packages from design through to handover.
• Review electrical design information, specifications and submissions for safety and compliance.
• Manage procurement and subcontract packages, including tender evaluation.
• Lead electrical shutdown, isolation, temporary supply, energisation and cut-over planning.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams for pre-commissioning, testing and performance demonstrations.
