Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club is seeking a dedicated customer service coordinator to manage the mail order process from picking to dispatch at the American Express Stadium in Brighton.

You will print shirt names/numbers for online orders, liaise with couriers on address or redelivery matters, and respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring high-quality service that supports fan growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience operating stock control and EPOS systems to manage orders.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the mail order process from order through dispatch.

Hours

35 hours per week, 5 days per week, to be worked in accordance with the retail rota, which can include evenings and weekends.

In this role you will co-ordinate the whole mail order process through to the dispatch of parcels, including picking and packing. You will also be responsible for printing names and numbers on shirts for online orders and liaising with the courier company regarding any customer address or redelivery enquiries. A core part of the role will be dealing with all customer enquiries over the phone and via email, acting as the first point of contact for complaints, and offering high-class customer service at all times to increase the company’s growth.
