Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Mail Order Coordinator to manage the end-to-end mail order process, including picking/packing and shirt customization printing. You’ll work with couriers on delivery queries and handle customer inquiries by phone and email, ensuring outstanding service for our fans.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and experience with stock control and EPOS systems. Evening and weekend work is possible during busy periods.

Competenze

• Experience in retail or fan merchandise operations.
• Experience using stock control/EPOS systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the full mail order process from order to dispatch, including picking and packing.
• Print shirt names and numbers for online orders and liaise with courier on address issues or redelivery queries.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email; act as first point of contact for complaints with high‑quality service.

Job Description

Role: Mail Order Coordinator

Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week, to be worked in accordance with the retail rota, which can include evenings and weekends.

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton

Contract Type: Permanent

Deadline Day: 16th October 2026

Interview dates: 22nd, 26th and 27th October 2026. In-person interviews at the Amex Stadium.

In this role you will co-ordinate the whole mail order process through to the dispatch of parcels, including picking and packing. You will also be responsible for printing names and numbers on shirts for online orders and liaising with the courier company regarding any customer address or redelivery enquiries. A core part of the role will be dealing with all customer enquiries over the phone and via email, acting as the first point of contact for complaints, and offering high-class customer service at all times to increase the company’s growth.

During busy periods like Christmas, there will be evening and weekend working included.
