Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to work in a GP practice in Maidstone. The role suits an experienced ACP from nursing, paramedic, or allied health backgrounds who can deliver autonomous clinical assessments and safe decision-making within a structured primary care environment.

You will run your own clinics within an established multidisciplinary team, providing both urgent and routine patient care with clear pathways and strong admin support.

Qualifications

• Advanced ACP qualification required with Level 7 or postgraduate status.
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct acute and same-day access clinics.
• Autonomous assessment, diagnosis and management of undifferentiated presentations.
• Telephone triage and clinical streaming.
• Ordering and interpreting investigations.
• Prescribing safely within scope (where qualified).
• Managing follow-up actions, results and referral workflows.
• Documenting clearly using the practice clinical system.
