Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to support a GP practice in Deal. You will run autonomous clinics, perform assessments and manage urgent and routine patient demand within a structured primary care environment.

Join an established multidisciplinary team with clear pathways, strong administrative support and a smooth workflow to ensure efficient session delivery. Flexible sessions available up to 4 days per week.

Qualifikationen

• AC Practitioner with Level 7 qualification and registration.
• Background in nursing, paramedic science or physiotherapy.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) preferred.
• Recent experience in primary care/urgent care/UTC settings.
• Familiar with EMIS, SystmOne or Vision.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Aufgaben

• Conduct acute and same-day access clinics.
• Autonomous assessment, diagnosis and management of undifferentiated presentations.
• Telephone triage and clinical streaming.
• Ordering and interpreting investigations.
• Prescribing safely within scope (where qualified).
• Managing follow-up actions, results and referral workflows.
• Documenting clearly using the practice clinical system.
