Job summary

TT Electronics Barnstaple is recruiting a Magnetics Manufacturing Operative to support the manufacture of magnetic components in the Operations department. Working hours are 07h15 to 17h30, Monday to Thursday, in a four-day week structure.

Role focuses on testing, inspection, and strict adherence to quality and schedule constraints, with emphasis on zero defects and continuous improvement within a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Aerospace or similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using ERP/Shop booking systems.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect, and record products to internal or external specifications.
• Operate within expected costed time restraints.
• Complete tasks within a Quality Accredited environment per manufacturing and aerospace controls.
• Maintain a zero-defect mindset and drive continuous improvement.
