Job summary

Cooper Golding Ltd. in Barnstaple is seeking a Magnetics Manufacturing Operative to join our electronics manufacturing client in a permanent, full-time role. You will work in the magnetics department manufacturing based products to detailed drawings and specifications.

This role offers a 39-hour week, a starting salary of £26,000 to £28,000, and opportunities to develop skills in winding, soldering and assembly within an Aerospace/defence oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably aerospace/defence.
• Ability to read and follow detailed drawings/schedules/specifications.
• Attention to quality and zero-defect culture.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture based products to detailed drawings and schedules.
• Follow build instructions with high accuracy.
• Maintain quality standards in an accredited environment (Aerospace controls).
• Demonstrate safe behaviour and teamwork to meet deadlines.
