Cooper Golding Ltd. is seeking an Electronics Assembly Operative to join its electronics manufacturing team on a permanent basis.

The role focuses on assembly of sub-assemblies and rack systems within a quality-controlled aerospace environment, with emphasis on precise build instructions and timeliness. Candidates should have aerospace or similar industry experience, strong numeracy, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aerospace or similar industry.
• Low volume, high product mix, build-to-print environments.
• Strong numeracy and literacy.
• IPC610/620 accreditation or Recognised similar.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture check & follow detailed build instructions to a high degree of accuracy.
• Manufacture product in a timely manner in line with costed time restraints.
• Complete tasks within a Quality Accredited environment per General Manufacturing and Aerospace controls.
• Role requires a zero tolerance to defects.
• Proactive towards continuous improvement.
• Work within a zero-harm culture.
