Starwood Hotels’ Treehouse Manchester is seeking a magnetic Event Sales Coordinator to drive event sales, manage reservations and billing, and support on-site catering services. The role requires a tenacious, entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building, and a client-first attitude to exceed revenue goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations and Sales office administration.
• Strong invoicing and billing experience for events.
• Experience in catering events services and events.
• Experience in completing BEOs with keen eye for final details.
• Strong administrative, organizational and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest service oriented.
