Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in Manchester is seeking an imaginative Banquet Manager to oversee front and heart-of-house teams at Treehouse Manchester. You will support the Banquet Manager, handle guest requests, and drive day-to-day operations to ensure flawless events.

The role requires approximately 2 years of banquet experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This is a 24-hour operation with opportunities for growth within our hotels and venues.

We’re currently searching for a seasoned and imaginative Banquet Manager to oversee the front and heart-of-house teams at our Treehouse Manchester. Our Banquet Manager will support the Banquet Manager and each member by actively participating in day-to-day operations, managing guest requests, and setting everyone up for success, from the start of the banquet to the very last bite.

About you

Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage and has approximately 2 years of similar work experience. Advanced knowledgeable of banquet operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
