• Experience in reservations and/or Sales office administration.
• Strong invoicing and billing experience for events.
• Experience in catering events services & events.
• Experience in completing BEOs with attention to final details.
• Strong administrative, organizational and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and accurate; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service orientation.
