Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an engaging Event Sales Coordinator for Treehouse Manchester to drive revenue through proactive event sales, flawless service delivery, and strong client relationships. You’ll handle reservations, invoicing, catering coordination, and complete BEOs with keen attention to final details, while supporting a vibrant, 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Desirable candidate has experience in reservations, and/ or Sales office administration.
• Strong experience in invoicing and billing of events
• Experience in catering events services & events.
• Experience in completing BEO’s with a keen eye for final details.
• Strong administrative, organization, and technical skills & written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and accurate
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, goal oriented and must meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest service oriented with a sincere, friendly and helpful personality.
• Willing to “pitch-in” and assist colleagues with their job duties and be a team player.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation and work a varying schedule to reflect business needs of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and sell events for Treehouse Manchester and maximise revenue.
• Prepare and issue BEOs, liaise with catering and operations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure impeccable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with reservations and sales teams to manage bookings and payments.
