Macquarie Group is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Emerging Markets Macro Trading team within the Interest Rate Derivatives group. You will independently manage risk and trade macro products with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, while collaborating across trading, sales and risk functions to drive franchise growth.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years’ experience trading interest rate and macro products, with a strong focus on Emerging Markets.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate risk positions, manage risk independently and deliver consistent trading performance.
• Strong understanding of Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa markets, including cross-border trading considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk and trade macro products on the Emerging Markets desk.
• Collaborate with colleagues across trading, sales and risk functions to navigate cross-border market access and funding dynamics.
