Macquarie Bank Limited in London is seeking an experienced Emerging Markets macro trader to shape and expand our Interest Rate Derivatives trading desk. You will independently manage risk, identify opportunities and execute trades across Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will collaborate with trading, sales and risk teams across a global platform, bring market insight, and drive franchise growth while balancing cross-border funding dynamics in a dynamic, international

Qualifications

• 6-10 years’ experience trading interest rate and macro products with EM focus.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate risk positions, manage risk independently and deliver trading performance.
• Strong understanding of CE Europe, the Middle East and Africa markets, including cross-border trading considerations and funding dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities and growing the franchise.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across a global organisation.
