Macquarie Group in London seeks an experienced EM Macro Trader to independently manage risk and trade macro products with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will identify opportunities, drive franchise growth and work with cross-border teams to balance risk and funding dynamics.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience trading interest rate and macro products with EM focus.
• Ability to initiate risk positions and deliver consistent trading performance.
• Strong understanding of EM regional markets including cross-border trading and funding dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with track record of opportunity identification and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage risk and trade macro products with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Identify and execute trading opportunities while contributing to franchise growth.
• Collaborate with trading, sales and risk functions to navigate cross-border market access and funding dynamics.
