Job summary

3P Innovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Contract Machine Wireman to join our Warwick on-site team for a 2-month engagement.

The role focuses on wiring and assembling automated machinery, following schematic drawings, assembling control panels, and installing machine wiring to design specs. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in machine wiring, PLC wiring, and panel wiring, with strong interpretation of electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in machine wiring, electrical assembly, or panel wiring.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control panel wiring.
• Experience with PLC wiring, safety systems, and control panels.
• Proficiency in working with single and three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cherry pickers, forklifts, or cranes is beneficial (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Machine wiring of bespoke automation equipment from schematic diagrams.
• Control panel wiring and installation of electrical components.
• Working with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Interpreting and following electrical schematics and layout drawings.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting on electrical systems.
• Ensuring all work meets industry standards, health & safety regulations, and European directives (Low Voltage, Machinery, EMC).
• Working closely with engineers and technicians to ensure seamless system integration.
• Adhering to project deadlines and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Contract Machine Wireman to support our engineering team.

The Role
