Job summary

3P Innovation Ltd. in Warwick is seeking a Contract Machine Wireman to support our engineering team on a two-month contract. You will wire machines and assemble control panels from schematic drawings, working on single- and three-phase systems.

You will collaborate with engineers to ensure integration, maintain health and safety compliance, and deliver high-quality workmanship to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in machine wiring or panel wiring.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with PLC wiring and safety systems.
• Capable of working from diagrams and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Machine wiring of bespoke automation equipment from schematic diagrams.
• Control panel wiring and installation of electrical components.
• Working with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Interpreting and following electrical schematics and layout drawings.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting on electrical systems.
• Ensuring all work meets industry standards, health & safety regulations, and European directives (Low Voltage, Machinery, EMC).
• Working closely with engineers and technicians to ensure seamless system integration.
• Adhering to project deadlines and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Machine Wiremanto assist with the electrical wiring and assembly of complex automation and special-purpose machinery. This role involves working from schematic drawings, assembling electrical control panels, and installing machine wiringin line with design specifications.

• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cherry pickers, forklifts, or cranesis beneficial (training provided).
