Job summary

Verto People is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive the commercial growth of vision systems and optical measurement equipment across the UK. You will lead a small specialist team, provide technical demonstrations and quotations, and build relationships with OEMs, distributors and service teams to meet revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has proven metrology experience and a full UK driving licence, with a track record in selling or supporting precision engineering products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales management or business development.
• Experience selling or supporting metrology or optical measurement equipment.
• Experience with UK customers, OEMs or distributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial growth of vision and optical measurement equipment across the UK.
• Manage commercial performance including sales, revenue and budgets.
• Lead and develop a small team with two direct reports.
• Provide technical support, quotations and product selection guidance.
• Develop relationships across metrology, machine tools, and precision engineering markets.
• Deliver technical training covering metrology applications and diagnostics.
