About the Role
  • Actively interpret technical drawings, program, set up, and operate CNC machinery accordingly.
  • Supervise machines and team during operation, making real-time adjustments for enhanced results.

  • Recent and relevant Machine Shop Team Leading / Supervisory experience.
  • Experience with precision measurement instruments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • A flexible approach to adapt to changing and challenging requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of communicating at all levels.
