Interaction Recruitment in Gillingham, Kent is seeking a reliable, proactive Machine Operator to join a busy production team. The role focuses on maintaining smooth machine operation, meeting quality standards, and keeping downtime to a minimum.

You will work on rotating shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) with days and afternoons paid at £13.00 per hour and nights at £13.50 per hour, plus weekly bonuses.

• Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation.
• Identify and resolve minor issues such as blockages or stoppages.
• Ensure correct separation of materials and prevent line mix-ups.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation.
• Report faults, breakdowns, or concerns promptly and accurately.
• Support overall site housekeeping and production efficiency standards.
