Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking Machine Operators for a manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. The role involves operating production machinery, performing routine quality checks, packing products for dispatch, and maintaining a clean production floor.

Two shift pattern: days 8am-8pm (Wed-Sat) and nights 8pm-8am (Tue-Fri), with pay £14.50–£15.80 per hour. Training is provided and teamwork is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Punctual and dependable

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct routine quality checks on products.
• Pack and prepare products for dispatch according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the production floor.
• Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
