Work Lyf Group Ltd is recruiting a Machine Operator for their Newcastle-under-Lyme site. The role involves operating and setting up machinery, monitoring performance, and maintaining production records within a busy production team.

Ideal candidates will have factory or production experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Rotating two-shift pattern (Mornings & Afternoons) with a pay of £16.54 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable with a focus on quality and safety.
• Basic IT skills including Excel and SAP.
• Basic mechanical understanding for routine checks.
• Reach FLT licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and report faults.
• Complete production records accurately.
• Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, PPE, safety and quality.
