Job summary

Recruit Mint Ltd is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team in Peterborough (Orton Southgate). The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery to maintain quality and efficiency.

You will follow SOPs, emphasise health & safety, and work as part of a rotating shift schedule (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, with peak-period night shifts). Previous manufacturing experience required.

Temp to permanent contract with potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience operating machinery.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and SOP compliance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
