Machine Operator / Production Operative

Location: Medway

Salary: GBP24,500 - GBP26,500

Shift: 6pm-6am - 4 on / 4 off (Nights only)

Our client, a successful and established organization, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Machine Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, fully computer literate, detail-oriented, experienced in machine operation, and capable of prioritizing a busy workload.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing machines and setting them according to production recipes.
2. Preparing raw materials for production.
3. Stacking finished products and manual handling tasks.
4. Resolving machine stoppages.
5. Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
6. Performing other related duties as required.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment operating machinery.
• Experience in food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong team player.
• Computer literacy.
• Helpful, reliable, confident.
• Methodical and quick learner.
