Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our small, dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various CNC and manual machinery and tools. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring production efficiency, and adhering to safety protocols. This role is essential in contributing to our manufacturing processes and delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor HAAS, and Doosan machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting issues.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining safety standards.
• Use hand tools effectively for assembly and repair tasks as required.
• Conduct basic maths calculations to measure dimensions and quantities accurately.
• Assist in tooling changes and setups for different production runs.
• Maintain a clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
