Job summary

Role involves operating production machinery, performing quality checks, restarting lines after faults, supporting changeovers and maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

Machine Operators / Machine Minders

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and mind production machinery safely and efficiently
• Carry out hourly quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Restart production lines following faults or stoppages
• Support the Line Leader with product changeovers
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times

Shift Pattern & Pay

This role operates on a 3 week rotating shift pattern:

• Week 1: Mon-Wed, 7am-7pm (Days)
• Week 2: Mon-Thu, 7pm-7am (Nights)
• Week 3: Thu-Fri, 7pm-7am (Days)

You must be able to work all shifts listed above.

Pay Rates:

• Days: £13.45 per hour
• Nights: £16.45 per hour
• Overtime: Paid after completing 36.5 hours per week
