The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking an experienced Machine Operative to join a growing production line at their Little Melton site. You will operate and maintain manufacturing machinery, ensuring products meet high quality standards and food safety requirements.

Starting pay is £13.70 per hour, rising to £15.20 after training. Shifts are 12 hours, 4 on 4 off, with weekend work. The role offers stable work, potential progression, and on-going training within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining machinery on a production line
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
• Monitoring machine output and reporting any issues promptly
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
• Following all health and safety guidelines

Working Hours & Pattern

• Shift hours: 06:00 to 18:00 (12-hour shifts)
• Work schedule: 4 on, 4 off, includes working weekends
• Starting pay of £13.70, increasing to £15.20 after training period
