Job summary

Gi Group UK is hiring a Machine Operator for a busy food manufacturing site in the United Kingdom. The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery to meet output and quality targets, with a 4 on 4 off day shift from 7 am till finish, paying £14.00 per hour.

You will set up machines, perform basic adjustments, conduct quality checks, record production data, and maintain hygiene in line with food safety standards. A hands-on operator who values safety and teamwork will fit well.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work the required shift pattern (4 on / 4 off)
• Understanding of health and safety procedures
