Job summary

Masstemps Ltd is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves operating machinery, monitoring quality, and packing finished products in a fast-paced environment.

We offer full on-site training, a supportive team, and a path to permanent employment for the right candidate. Shifts are 7am–5pm, Mon–Thu, with rotating day/night options.

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential.
• Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.

Working Hours

7am - 5pm Mon - Thu

Rotating shift pattern.

Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.
