Job summary

Randstad Employment Bureau is seeking a Machine Operator in Hinckley (Dodwells Rd, LE10 3BX) for a 3-6 month contract. The role involves setting and running machinery, adhering to H&S standards, and meeting quality targets. Shifts are alternating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm with ASAP start.

Pay £14.91/hour PAYE plus overtime. Applicants should have 2+ years in production, strong communication, the ability to stand for long periods, manual handling, and a valid driving license with car access.

Role: Machine Operator

Location: Dodwells Rd, Hinckley LE10 3BX, United Kingdom

PayrateRate: £14.91 Per Hour PAYE

OT 1.5x

OT 2.0x

Contract length: 3-6 Months

Shift Patterns: Alternating shifts -

Week 1 - 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday

Week 2 - 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday

Start: ASAP (within 1-2 weeks)

Responsibilities:

• Working in line with Health and Safety guidance and processes at all times
• Managing the setting and running of machinery
• Achieving high quality standards on all work produced
• Adhering to customer demands in a timely manner
• Driving the FLT as and when required
• Completing any other duties relevant to the department as requested by the shift manager

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience in a production environment (2+ years)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Comfortable being on foot for long periods of time
• Able to conduct manual handling

• Driving licence and use of a car
