Central Recruitment Agency Ltd is seeking a reliable Machine Operator / Warehouse Operative to join the busy production and warehouse team in Burnley, UK. You will operate production machinery, handle materials safely, and support warehouse operations to ensure the flow of goods.

The role requires attention to quality, productivity, and safety, with 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 shifts. On-site parking is available, and candidates should be capable of lifting and moving materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in line with company procedures.

• Assist with packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring goods are handled accurately and safely.
• Utilise warehouse management systems to track stock movements and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory management when required.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator / Warehouse Operative to join our client's busy production and warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, handling materials safely, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure the smooth flow of goods throughout the production and distribution process. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and health and safety.

Working Hours

• 06:00 - 14:00
