PERMANENT MACHINE OPERATIVE - Rushden - 30K + over-time (Xmas shutdown!)

Due to expansion, I am working on behalf of a Rushden client who is looking for skilled Machine Operators. Once you are fully trained, you will be required to work rotating day/night shifts, 7am - 7pm and then 7pm - 7am.

On a daily basis you are likely to be involved in:

• Setting up and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
• Operating and monitoring machinery.
• Conducting regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machinery as they arise.
• Collaborating with the production team to meet production targets.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

What we need from you:

• Proficiency in machinery setup.
• Mechanical knowledge to understand and work with industrial equipment.
• Confident in the use of hand tools for machine adjustments.
• Capability to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
• Join the team as a setter and contribute to our manufacturing operations by utilizing your skills in machinery setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
