Job summary

Brite Recruitment is recruiting a Machine Operative in Evesham on a fixed late shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm). This stable, family-run engineering business values quality, craftsmanship and employee wellbeing, with a starting rate of £15.90 per hour and on-site parking.

You will train on days before moving to the late shift, set up and operate engineering machines, read gauges, use hand tools, and carry out quality checks while maintaining safety in a busy workshop.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or engineering experience, ideally with metal products.
• Experience using a range of hand tools.
• Good basic maths skills, including converting and working with measurements.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Own transport due to the location.

We're recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a well-established, family-run engineering business in Evesham. Working a fixed late shift, Monday to Friday, you'll become part of a close-knit team where quality, craftsmanship and employee wellbeing are genuinely valued.

No jumping straight onto late shifts either - you'll complete your training on days, giving you the time and support to learn the machines, processes and products before moving onto your permanent shift.
