Job summary

10 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Machine Operative for our client in Normanton, WF6. You will operate production machinery safely, load materials, monitor processes and ensure quality standards are met.

We offer fixed shifts (6:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm) with a £1.00 per hour premium on the afternoon shift, on-site parking and immediate starts. Previous manufacturing machine experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
• CNC, woodworking or similar machine experience is highly relevant.
• Good mechanical awareness and confidence around machinery.
• Ability to follow instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

• Setting up and operating production machinery
• Loading materials and components into machines
• Monitoring machinery throughout the production process
• Making permitted machine adjustments when required

Pay: Hourly rate to be confirmed DOE

Plus £1.00 per hour shift premium for the fixed 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift

Hours

Fixed Early Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Fixed Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (+£1.00 per hour shift premium)
