Job summary

Planwell Recruitment Ltd in Erith is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing client. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, reading drawings, and ensuring quality standards are met.

You will set up machines, monitor performance, perform routine maintenance, and record production data. Flexible to work either morning or afternoon shifts to support a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fabrication, machining, or manufacturing environments.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations during setup and operation.
• Warehouse experience or familiarity with materials logistics is advantageous.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.

Shift

Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm (flexible to switch to 2pm - 10pm once trained and if needed)

Pay

£14.50 whilst in training.
£15.08 when fully trained
