Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Wales is hiring a Machine Minder to operate, monitor and maintain production equipment on rotating days and nights to keep lines running safely and to the highest quality standards.

You will resolve faults, support the assembly line when machinery is running well and follow strict hygiene and safety procedures; the role offers an hourly rate of £12.88 and a path for progression with regular overtime and onsite parking.

Machine Minder - Rotating Days and Nights

Hourly rate of £12.88

Shift Pattern

Team 4: Monthly Rotation: 3 weeks working 3 x 12 hours, 1 week working 4 x 12 hours (rotating days & nights 06.00-18.00/18.00-06.00)

About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you’ll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly line. Throughout your shift, you’ll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line.
