Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a dedicated Machine Minder at our Rogerstone site in Wales. You will operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while supporting the line as needed.

The role requires a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and teamwork to meet production targets and hygienic standards. Immediate start and regular overtime are available at this site.

Job description

About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you’ll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly line. Throughout your shift, you’ll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line.
