2 Sisters Food Group in Newport (Wales) is hiring a production operator for night shifts. You will operate, monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring products are made safely and to high quality standards.
You’ll fix faults, support the team on the line when machines run smoothly, and follow strict hygiene procedures. The role offers a 7-day fortnight pattern (7 days in 14, every other weekend off), with benefits including overtime and site parking.

Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat
Hours: 7pm - 6am
As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you’ll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly line. Throughout your shift, you’ll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line
