Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group on-site production role requires operating and monitoring equipment to ensure safe, high-quality output on a rotating days/nights shift pattern.

You will identify faults, assist on the assembly line when lines are running smoothly, and strictly follow hygiene and safety procedures to protect product quality and staff.

About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards.

you'll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you'll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly line.

Throughout your shift, you'll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line.
