2 Sisters Food Group is hiring for a factory operative at the Rogerstone site in the UK. The role involves working on rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights) and contributing to a busy production environment.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive “can do” attitude. Immediate start available with opportunities for progression, overtime, and onsite amenities such as parking and staff discount platforms.

About the Role :

Monthly Rotation: 3 weeks working 3 x 12 hours, 1 week working 4 x 12 hours (rotating days & nights 19.00-07.00/07.00-19.00)

The ability to work well within a team and follow processes, a \"can do\" attitude and great attention to detail.
