2 Sisters Food Group in the UK is hiring a Machine Minder for rotating day and night shifts. You will operate, monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure safe, high-quality output and minimal downtime.

You will identify faults, perform basic troubleshooting, and support the wider line when needed. The role requires strict hygiene and safety practices, and offers immediate start, overtime, parking, and staff benefits.

Machine Minder - Rotating Days and Nights

Hourly rate of £12.88

Shift Pattern

Team 4: Monthly Rotation: 3 weeks working 3 x 12 hours, 1 week working 4 x 12 hours (rotating days & nights 06.00-18.00/18.00-06.00)

About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards.You'll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you'll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly lineThroughout your shift, you'll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line.
