Job summary

AMFRESH Group is seeking an enthusiastic Machine Minder at our Alconbury site in the UK. You will manage production machines, perform start-up checks, monitor performance and feed new packaging materials to keep the line running smoothly.

Join a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (07:00–19:30) with weekly pay. We value teamwork, attention to detail and a can-do attitude, with opportunities for training and progression within a growing fresh produce business.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in machinery, engineering, or technical work.
• Motivated, ambitious and hardworking.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn, wear PPE and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing our production machines.
• Do start-up checks at the start of your shift.

• Complete regular material changeovers and feed in new packaging materials.
• Report any performance issues to you Line Leader or Engineering team.

About The Role

• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (07:00 - 19:30).


• Hourly Rate: £13.70 - £14.90 (paid weekly).

As an AMFRESH Machine Minder, you will:
